How we work with schools
Helping schools navigate EHCPs, transitions, and home-school collaboration with clarity and care.
At Edu.P.A.L.S., we work closely with schools to ensure that every child receives the support they need, whether through Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes, transitions to new settings, or joined-up collaboration between home and school.
We understand that school staff are under pressure, and our goal is to provide thoughtful, experienced input that makes the process clearer and more manageable for everyone involved.
Working Together to Support Every Child

Each transition is unique. We work to understand the full picture so that children and young people are fully supported when entering a new educational setting.
Our transition package includes:
- A consultation with the school and family
- 3 sessions/visits with the child or young person
- Creation of a pupil profile
- Attendance at the transition meeting
- Proposal of recommendations for the transition timetable
-
